Know the answer but struggle to respond on the spot?
Switch guest and staff roles, practise responses, then make clear guidance and handover cards.
Understand an example, apply it to your situation and revise an output you can explain. Activities are adapted to the audience, time and starting skills.
Prepared learning materials
A 64-page, 9-hour workplace workbook with role-play and service templates is prepared.
Who is it for?
Hospitality, tourism and customer-facing staff and workplace trainers
What will you work towards?
Situation response cards, foreign-language guidance drafts and briefing/handover templates
How will you review the output?
Compare the draft with its sources, check whether the intended user understands it, and save the revision reasons and reuse steps.
How much time should you plan?
Each session has 160 minutes of learning and 20 of breaks: basics, groups/facilities/authority, then combined requests and AI-guidance review.
What will you explore?
Safety, authority, compensation and facilities must follow approved workplace information; AI does not set policy.
