Who is it for?
Instructors, educators, consultants, practitioners and adults exploring a new direction. Start with an example or improve your own material at your current AI level.
What will you work towards?
A personal working manual and a map of strengths and bottlenecks
One chosen lesson plan, proposal, work document or content piece
A reusable prompt and review checklist
Promotional copy, a 30-second video plan and a 30-day action plan
How much time should you plan?
Standard 9-hour format includes demonstrations, individual work, troubleshooting, feedback and saving.
Short format: The original five-hour workshop focuses on one core output and a next-step plan.
Output scope is adjusted to the learners’ starting level.
What will you explore?
A nine-hour extension of five acts and 15 activities: diagnosis and reframing; explanation, prompting and first creation; then revision, promotion and feedback. The workshop held on 21 September 2026 used the original five-hour format.

- Test understanding, use visual thinking and ask feedforward questions

- A clear one-page explanation and improvement questions
04 AI WITH ME · Build your toolset
- Practice
- Compile prompts, review outputs and choose ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for the task
- Output
- A reusable prompt, review checklist and tool plan
05 BUILD & SPREAD · Make and use it
- Practice
- Finish your chosen result, adapt it for blog/social copy and a video plan, then seek peer feedback
- Output
- One core output, a promotional draft and a NEXT 30 action plan
